In January 2012, we attended a work capability assessment in Neasden/Wembley. My partner was quite poorly at this time and we had to wait 2 hours to be seen.
As we got towards the front of the queue, we were told our position and when people kicked off and got angry because of the wait times, they were allowed to be seen before us.
We complained about this. The start of the lies began here – we were told that:-
We were told about the wait times when we arrived – this was a lie
We were offered another appointment time – this was a lie
We were told that the arguing people were actually before us in the queue – this was also a complete lie.
We did not pursue this complaint as this paled into insignificance as to the lies told later…
